Das aus 19-karat Weißgold bestehende Case besitzt nicht nur 2.830 blaue Ceylon-Saphire, sondern auch ein Apple-Logo auf der Rückseite aus 38 Rubinen. Ein Exemplar kostet mindestens 100.000 US-Dollar und dürfte somit das bisher teuerste iPhone 5-Case der Welt sein.
Hergestellt wird das Exemplar in den USA von der Firma The Natural Sapphire, die Steine stammen dabei laut Angaben des Unternehmens aus Sri Lanka, Madagaskar und Thailand. Einen schönen Sonntag noch. 😉
